Identity Verification and KYC

As a trusted platform, mykad999 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the safety of all users and comply with anti-money laundering regulations. The KYC process involves submitting valid identification documents such as MyKad, passport, or driving license to verify your identity.

Identity verification is typically required before you can make your first withdrawal. This process is designed to protect your account from unauthorized access and ensure that only you can withdraw funds from your account. Our team will process your KYC documents within 24 business hours.

Password and Account Security

We encourage all users to create a strong and unique password to protect their accounts. A good password should contain at least 8 characters with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. Avoid using easily guessed passwords such as your date of birth or name.

Mykad999 also offers additional security features such as two-factor authentication (2FA), which can be enabled through your account settings. With 2FA, every time you log in from a new device, you will receive a verification code via SMS or email to ensure only you can access your account.
